neighborhoodccc.org (“Web Site?) was created and managed by volunteers and staff of Community Caring Conference, Rock Island, Illinois. This Terms of Service (“TOS?) document is only applicable to online services related to neighborhoodccc.org. Please be aware that neighborhoodccc.org was created to provide services primarily to those living in the Rock Island County area. Many of the services are only offered to those that reside in a specific geographic area.
